The lakelvl alerts opt in step: plan choice, an unchecked consent box with the full disclosure text, and the Continue to payment button

“By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated lake level alert text messages from lakelvl (LAKE LVL, LLC) at the mobile number I verified. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.”

When your alerts turn on we text: “lakelvl: you're subscribed to lakelvl lake level alerts. We text when an alert you set triggers, 7am to 10pm. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”

About lakelvl text alerts

Program: lakelvl lake level alerts, operated by LAKE LVL, LLC. Texts are the alerts you set on this page (a lake crossing a level, or moving more than a set amount in 24 hours). You join only by checking the alerts box above. Separately, when you sign in we text a one time verification code; that code is not a subscription.

Frequency: varies with your alerts and the lake; you only hear from us when an alert you set triggers. Alerts that trigger between 10pm and 7am lake time are held until 7am.

Cost: $3 a month or $24 a year per phone number, up to 5 lakes. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and opt out: reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After STOP your plan will not renew. Questions: contact us.

Levels come from public agency gauges (USGS, the Corps of Engineers, TVA and others) and can be delayed or revised. Alerts are informational and not a safety warning. Terms · Privacy Policy
